Operation CLIMB (Connect Learn Inspire Motivate Build) is a group of dedicated high school students given unique opportunities to connect with veterans, support the mission of Honor Flight Chicago and develop skills to become productive members of their communities.

Operation CLIMB members will be given opportunities to develop communication, community outreach and engagement skills. Opportunities for personal growth include leadership skills, cooperation, accountability and taking initiative.

Operation CLIMB members can participate in various opportunities, such as: attending Flight Days at the Midway, helping in the office, leading fundraising initiatives and interacting with Veterans just to name a few.
