Colin Myron Memorial Golf Outing

Honor Flight Chicago is proud to host the Colin Myron Memorial Golf Outing on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club in Lemont, IL. Colin was an outstanding HFC volunteer for many years and was instrumental in recruiting players and prizes for our inaugural outing in 2023 before he unexpectedly passed away a few months later. Colin served as a bus captain in his final year of service to our mission, and the goal of this outing is to raise $25,000 — enough to fully fund one full coach bus with 20 veterans in Colin’s honor on a future flight to D.C.

The Colin Myron Memorial is a 1:30 pm shotgun start with an opening program recognizing Honor Flight Chicago’s volunteers followed by an afternoon of golf and an evening meal. This fun event will feature raffle baskets and prizes as well as on-course contests at the only Pete Dye-designed course in the Chicagoland area.

Registration is $175 per golfer which includes golf, a cart, two drink tickets, and the evening meal. Foursomes can be registered for $700. Hole, contest, and title sponsorships are also available.
